There are 16 personality types based on eight preferences – the focus of your personal energy which is either Extroverted or Introverted, how you gather information using either Sensing or Intuition, how you make decisions using either Thinking or Feeling and how much structure and flexibility you need in the outer world Judging or Perceiving.

By the end of the 2 day retreat you should have a 4 part code that will identify each of these preferences such as ENFP or ISTJ.

This code will unfold over the course of the 2 days in a very inactive environment where you will self discover the code through a series of activities and interactions. This is a fun-packed way to self-discover your true or core type.

For me, identifying my CORE self and understanding the different parts and make up of my personality was one of the most empowering experiences of my self development. As a self-development junkie that’s saying something. I really understood how the different parts of my personality were playing out and how to get back to my CORE self, reduce stress and align with my core values and beliefs. This is why this workshop is one of my all time favourites to facilitate.

This is a one to one session with myself and will give you the opportunity to delve a bit deeper into the facets of your personality and how it plays out for you in your everyday life.

The debrief is a facilitated process, where I will assist you to explore opportunities and to powerfully align with your core needs and values.

We can lose sight of our innate or true self and this process can assist you to rediscover your CORE self and realign and refocus.

You will leave the session with a sense of clarity of who you are.

who is deanna c ward?

Master of Professional Communications, Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, personality profiler using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive, lasting change.  She is passionate about personal as well as professional development, having spent the past 15 years coaching and training within the academic and corporate sectors. 

She has a background in leadership and business, running the leadership program at Edith Cowan University as well as lecturing and tutoring, setting up and running her own businesses including management and consultancy of Registered Training Organisations and now What Women Want Coaching, dedicated to assisting women to wake up to and realise their true potential, passion and purpose.

Deanna has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive personal and organisational change. 

She is passionate about high quality training and coaching with impact and has recently been training new trainers to join the training profession and working with existing fellow training professionals to keep their training credentials current.

Maureen has a background in the modelling business, PR and media sales. She has worked with women in building confidence and wellbeing in the health industry, whilst running her own business in massage and reiki.

Patricia Chambers, Mindfulness Meditation Trainer

Patricia from Energy Life Balance is a Mindfulness Meditation Trainer, Kinesiologist, Spiritual Healer (Pranic, Chinese healing and Reiki, Japanese healing). She also offers Neurolymphatic Healing, Meridian Healing, Chakra Healing, 3 in 1 Brain Integration and is a Tibetan Yoga Trainer, Quigong Trainer and Breath Integration Trainer.

Patricia has studied the Western and Eastern views extensively throughout her life on the Body/Mind/Soul connection.

She has been training and running programs and healing people for more than 20 years using the tools that helped her with her own trauma.

Patricia will be guiding us to make soul connections through her readings and guided meditation on Saturday and Sunday evening.

For your 1:1 session with Patricia you can have a relaxing Hawaiian full body massage or you can be guided by what your body and energy needs on the day, which might be reiki, kinesiology, soul connection reading, meditation or mixture of the above to suit you. Patricia will also intuitively respond to what you are needing at the time.

She will help you bring your life into complete Life Energy Balance to support you on your journey to come into your highest potential, bringing on your goals and purpose into a high consciousness and training your mind in the highest energy of LOVE.

Bedroom 1: master queen bedroom with french doors opening onto the front patio with views of the beach, private ensuite.

Bedroom 2: twin single upstairs with built in wardrobes for storage. *

Bedroom 3: second twin single upstairs with built in robes (bookshelf filled with children’s books). *

Bedroom 4: downstairs queen bedroom with storage and an outside patio.*

* Shared bathroom is for occupants of Bedroom 2 – 4.

Ideally attend with a BFF or close family member and experience a weekend of pampering and powerful personal development.

If you want to private room then there is a single room supplement as the event is based on 8 women.

Maureen, our wonderful event coordinator will be available at all times during both days to ensure that you get the most of the experience. At the end of each day you will have full privacy of the retreat and can come and go as you please and enjoy the beautiful setting, take a dip in the pool, walk on the nearby beach or laze under a tree and reflect on the day’s events in your journal provided.

You are required to pay in full to secure your place. If you decide to cancel more than 14 days before the event you will get a 50% refund. Inside of 14 days there will be no refund. However, if your place is filled by a late booking then you will receive a full refund.
