The two half day workshops are based on success principles and an easy to use coaching model that you can use to create lasting transformation in your life.
You will be introduced to the latest information based on neuroscience, NLP, life coaching techniques that you will be able to use on yourself after the workshop and continue to create lasting change.

Choose your state

what is involved in the coaching session?
This is a one to one session with Deanna and will be tailored for you and the changes that you want to create in your life.
You will be asked to come to the session with a measurable, achievable outcome. The session is 50 minutes to allow time between sessions.
You can work on the following:
Life coaching is a facilitated process, where the coach assists you to explore opportunities and to powerfully align with your chosen course of action.
We can often get stuck, overwhelmed or stressed and cannot see past our present or past experiences, life coaching can assist you to identify and overcome these blocks.
You will leave the session with a course of action or new commitment that aligns with your intention for your future and your intended outcomes.

Master of Professional Communications, Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, personality profiler using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive, lasting change. She is passionate about personal as well as professional development, having spent the past 15 years coaching and training within the academic and corporate sectors.
She has a background in leadership and business, running the leadership program at Edith Cowan University as well as lecturing and tutoring, setting up and running her own businesses including management and consultancy of Registered Training Organisations and now What Women Want Coaching, dedicated to assisting women to wake up to and realise their true potential, passion and purpose.
Deanna has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive personal and organisational change.
She is passionate about high quality training and coaching with impact and has recently been training new trainers to join the training profession and working with existing fellow training professionals to keep their training credentials current.

maureen smith, event coordinator
Maureen has a background in the modelling business, PR and media sales. She has worked with women in building confidence and wellbeing in the health industry, whilst running her own business in massage and reiki.
Patricia Chambers, Mindfulness Meditation Trainer
Patricia from Energy Life Balance is a Mindfulness Meditation Trainer, Kinesiologist, Spiritual Healer (Pranic, Chinese healing and Reiki, Japanese healing). She also offers Neurolymphatic Healing, Meridian Healing, Chakra Healing, 3 in 1 Brain Integration and is a Tibetan Yoga Trainer, Quigong Trainer and Breath Integration Trainer.
Patricia has studied the Western and Eastern views extensively throughout her life on the Body/Mind/Soul connection.
She has been training and running programs and healing people for more than 20 years using the tools that helped her with her own trauma.
Patricia will be guiding us to make soul connections through her readings and guided meditation on Saturday and Sunday evening.
For your 1:1 session with Patricia you can have a relaxing Hawaiian full body massage or you can be guided by what your body and energy needs on the day, which might be reiki, kinesiology, soul connection reading, meditation or mixture of the above to suit you. Patricia will also intuitively respond to what you are needing at the time.
She will help you bring your life into complete Life Energy Balance to support you on your journey to come into your highest potential, bringing on your goals and purpose into a high consciousness and training your mind in the highest energy of LOVE.
How much is this retreat?
$995.00 per person based on shared room including everything except evening meals and drink, where you can head into beautiful Dunsborough to dine out, bring in or BBQ on the premises. Local shops and restaurants are located in Dunsborough, 5 minutes by car. All information will be available in your Welcome Pack.
Single Room Occupancy: $1495.00. You will have the room to yourself.
Day Rate Option: available if rooms are not booked, still subject to 8 ladies due to individual sessions.
$795.00 per person including two half day workshops, one to one coaching session, one to one soul connection session and group meditation with soul connection reading.
First come, first served. All rooms are priced the same, so get in quick to secure your room of choice.
The Retreat is an AIRBNB property so all normal conditions and restrictions apply as if you were booking directly.
How can I get the most from this experience?
Deanna will be at the venue on both days. Maureen, our wonderful event coordinator will be available at all times during both days to ensure that you get the most of the experience. At the end of each day you will have full privacy of the retreat and can come and go as you please and enjoy the beautiful setting, take a dip in the pool, walk on the nearby beach or laze under a tree and reflect on the day’s events in your journal provided.
Book early to get the best room and time slots for your one on one time (massage and coaching sessions) so that you can enjoy free time doing whatever you want to relax and enjoy the full experience.

Why can’t I just press a BUTTON to BOOK and not talk to a human being?
When you call there will be no hard sales. In fact I don’t even like the words sales. I would rather you be excited and eager to know how to book, not to be convinced to book. I know that if you have got to the end of this page and you have got this far then you are definitely attracted to what you have read so far, something has already aligned for you. I would love to discuss this more with you and your goals and know more about you, because then I will be able to ensure that the workshops and sessions are aligned for everyone who attends the retreat. I am also really keen to know more about you, what attracts you to this retreat and your aspirations before I meet you in person on the first day.
You are required to pay in full to secure your place. If you decide to cancel more than 14 days before the event you will get a 50% refund. Inside of 14 days there will be no refund. However, if your place is filled by a late booking then you will receive a full refund.
If COVID-19 prevents the event going ahead as planned you will receive a full refund or you may choose to transfer to a later date or join us for an online event at a lower price.
